Thank you, L’nett and Belinda , for putting together such a wonderful R U OK? event tonight.
It was clear how much thought, care and effort you both put into making the evening what it was, and I honestly think it really paid off. From what I saw, there was such a great sense of camaraderie throughout the night. People were connecting, laughing, talking and, most importantly, creating that feeling of being welcomed and included.
I think nights like this are a really good reminder that everyone has their own struggles, even when we can’t see them. Sometimes, simply having someone ask “Are you OK?” can mean more than we realise.
It’s okay not to be okay, and it’s important that we continue to look out for one another.
So, hats off to you both. Thank you for putting in the time and effort to create such a positive and welcoming evening. It was genuinely appreciated 🫂.
OMG, and what a great little game ‘Catan on the Road’ is, eh? Throughly enjoyed that little one 😁
